There’s so much information on the Banting Diet online but … non of it is targeted at beginners. This is exactly why I decided to write this short straight to the point Banting for Beginners guide.
First off, know what foods you are allowed to eat.
The Banting Diet food groups are separated into 3 categories:
- Banting Green List – A list of foods you can eat as much as you like.
- Banting Orange List – A list of foods you need to be cautious of when eating.
- Banting Red List – You can’t touch these food types while being on the diet.
