  • One cup of cottage cheese
  • Five saltine crackers
  • One boiled egg


  • 400g of any meat or protein
  • Half cup of vanilla ice cream
  • Half cup of carrots
  • One cup of broccoli
  • Half a banana

Day 3


  • Five salt crackers
  • One slice of cheddar cheese
  • One small apple


  • One slice of toast
  • One boiled egg or fried


  • One cup of tuna
  • One cup of vanilla ice cream
  • Half a banana

Day 4 – 7

Eat what you like however don’t exceed 1500 calories a day. Use a calorie counter to make sure!

    I tried the 3 day military diet 1 week before my son’s wedding and lost 4 kgs in that week. I continued for another 2 weeks and lost an additional 2 kgs. I seemed to have reached a plateau and i am struggling to lose more kgs. I now seem to lose kgs on the “cheat days” more than on the diet days.
