The Leica Ultravid 8x42 HD binocular is one of the upgraded version of the Ultravid models, incorporating high definition optics and is recommended for applications from birding to hunting.
With high-density, fluorite-containing lenses, the Ultravid 8x42 HD binocular has a layer of Leica’s AquaDura water-shedding coating for extra water resistance. Light weight with high optical functionality, these. binoculars have P40 phase-corrective coatings on the prisms, full HDC multi-coating on the 9 lens elements in each barrel and a HighLux System to ensure the brightest, high-contrast images while minimizing the impact of stray light.
Its magnesium construction is protected by black, rubber armouring for enhanced protection, and features adjustable eyecups to accommodate most users.
Fully sealed and nitrogen filled, the Ultravid 8x42 Binocs are fogproof and waterproof to a depth of 5metres.
