Design and Ergonomics

This slim metal body camera is only 21.5 mm thick and features a lens that does not extend even when the camera zooms.

Round the back you’ll find a 2.7 inch LCD.  Anti-reflection coating on the LCD monitor improves the visibility, even outdoors in the sun.  LCD monitors with wider viewing angles enhance shooting versatility.  It also makes it easy for a group to watch images or slideshows together.

Picture Quality and Lens

With 12.0 megapixels you can get a 10x13 inch print at full resolution with greater enlargement possible to achieve high quality banner size prints.  The 5 times lens has a 35mm film equivalent focal length range of  28-140mm, which will give you a perspective from wide angle to mid telephoto for large groups and landscapes to creative portraits.  It also has a 4 times digital zoom and is also capable of a high 3200 ISO for better lowlight photography.

Smile Mode uses face recognition technology to automatically take the picture when your subject smiles to help you catch precious moments.

Blink Warning alerts you when it detects that someone has blinked in your photograph.
