Repairs To Products Outside Of Warranty
Provided it is a brand that we sell, we can provide out-of-warranty advice on all products, whether we sold them to you or not. You may contact our sales team for the contacts of the South African agents for the brands we stock via email on sales@sacamera.co.za. Alternatively, if you would like us to facilitate your repair, you may return the product to us. Please contact our sales team beforehand, as there are charges related to this. Some repair agents charge quotation fees and you will be liable for all shipping charges as well as a facilitation fee. We charge a facilitation fee because this process does consume time. However, as part of going the extra mile, if the product was bought from us, we will waive the facilitation fee.
