Shipping FAQ
The following are central feautures of our shipping policy:
- We ship throughout Southern Africa (including Namibia, Botswana, Zimbabwe, Mozambique, Mauritius, Swaziland and Lesotho) - if you're in a remote location we'll do our best to get your order to you in the shortest possible time.
- All parcels are automatically insured by us as part of our Worry-Free-Shopping guarantee. This means we retain all liability for the delivery of your product up until the point when you sign for it.
- As soon as your product is shipped you will receive an SMS and an email with a tracking number for your order to ensure that you can track your order in transit.
- We do allow collections of orders from our showroom in Cape Town.
