So you took a fantastic photo and were very disappointed when you got home to find out that it was a little blurred.
There is hope - IF it isn’t blurred too badly - this might work for you.

This feature in Photoshop also helps to bring out detail or texture in an image. Try it on a few of your images to better understand the effects you can obtain.

Open your image in Photoshop.

Before you do the attempted blur correction you should do all the other editing you wish to do (remove blemishes or adjust the brightness and contrast etc)

When you are ready - right click your layer in the layer menu and select duplicate layer. Right click the new layer and select convert to smart object. Now - in the top menu select Filter > Sharpen > Unsharp mask.
(by doing this you are only editing the mask and not the image itself - this doesn’t change the image until you save it and is therefore called non-destructive editing)

In the unsharp mask control panel that appears on your screen you can make adjustments to your sharpen amount and the radius and threshold of the effect. Experiment with the three sliders until you are happy with the result.

As easy as that.
When you are done you can apply the sharpen - click on your bottom layer and say Merge Visible. Then save :)
