Terms and Conditions:
The following terms and conditions are applicable to the Nikon student support program. To qualify for the student support program please be sure to read the terms and conditions below and follow the instructions as it applies.

1. The student support program for 2010 is only valid from 1 December 2009 until 30 March 2010.
2. This support program expires on the 30 March 2010 and any special pricing and offers indicated in this leaflet will not be applicable after this date.
3. The retail purchase transaction must take place before 30 March 2010. No orders will be accepted or stock reserved for later purchases after the expiry date form any of the retailers.
4. Only full-time students studying photography and who are enrolled at an official registered photographic institution will qualify for the student support program.
5. You would need to present your student card together with the voucher to the participating dealer on the day of purchase in order to qualify for the support program and special pricing shown on this voucher.
6. Photocopies of the voucher will not be accepted and the original must be handed to the dealer on the day of purchase.
7. Only one Kit per student number is allowed.
8. The voucher is not transferable and the student kit will only be sold to the student for whom the voucher has been allocated to.

10. The Student Support Program is supported by Nikon SA as our contribution towards enhancing the study of photography in South Africa. This program is therefore only applicable to students studying photography, graphic design or art through one of the recognized educational institutions.
11. The list of products sponsored by Nikon SA are only applicable to D-SLR kits in excess of R5000 and only applicable to purchases made during the period 1 December 2009 to 30 March 2010 with one of the numbered vouchers.
12. The sponsored student pack products may not be redeemed for cash or exchanged for any other equipment.
13. Only one kit may be purchased per voucher.
14. Any purchases made outside of the stipulated promotional period or claim submitted without dealer proof of sale or invoice plus Student card will not qualify for the special student pack.
