If you have difficulties with losing weight, you should cut down on your dairy consumption or eliminate it completely from your diet. Dairy products are excellent for those who want to follow the Banting Diet, but if your aim is to lose weight you should have some restraint when you consume dairy products.
To sum up the best part about Banting is that it is a form of lifestyle and it’s not a “diet”. You don’t feel hungry and you eat really wholesome food without the bad sugars and you lose weight in the process. You are left feeling more in control of your life, you experience better moods and you have more energy.
